This week's inspiration features a lovely strip quilt with a unique twist - wonky blocks are incorporated too! Bec of Chasing Cottons used Heather Ross's Far Far Away fabrics to create this great baby quilt. In Bec's own words:
"Even though i don't make many strip quilts, i really have a thing for them. I think they showcase the fabrics perfectly. They're modern. They're easy. They don't waste fabric. They comes together really fast. They're perfect for straight line quilting, i really should make more!"

Bec used the wonky blocks to showcase parts of the fabrics she found interesting. The rest was strip-pieced. It all works together so well! You can see Bec's quilt process here.

Thanks for sharing, Bec!
another cool thing about this quilt is that it stretches a strip quilt wider than WOF. And those cute framed blocks are perfect for so many novelty prints.
